ORDER

[This case has been heard through video conference] This court, by order dated 22.03.2019 in W.P.No.8674 of 2019, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.10.2018 for issuance of patta and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and other interested parties, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that pursuant to the order of this court, the Tahsildar has passed an order on 18.06.2021 and a copy of the order has also been supplied to the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submitted that no copy of the order has been served on the petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that the respondent has already passed an order pursuant to the order of this court, no further adjudication is required in this matter. The respondent is, however, directed to serve a copy of the order passed by him on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
