Prayer : Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to funish the petitioner with the final orders passed on petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2018 and 01.01.2020.

O R D E R

Heard Mr.Ishtiaq Ahmed, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Annai Ezhil, the learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondents.

2. With the consent of either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 3rd respondent to pass final orders by considering the petitioner's representations dated 25.10.2018 and 01.01.2020.

4. Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate, has produced a copy of the notice issued by the 3rd respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

stating that the inspection is scheduled to be held on 11.03.2020 at 11.00 a.m. and upon inspection in the presence of the petitioner, orders will be passed by the 3rd respondent.

5. In the light of the above, the petitioner is directed to be present at the time of inspection on 11.03.2020 at about 11.00 a.m. and also produce necessary documents to prove his claim and after conducting inspection, the 3rd respondent shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three(3) weeks from the date on which the inspection is concluded.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
