consequently, direct the first respondent to grant revision of the pension Rs.28,050/- to the petitioner with effect from 01.01.2016 as per G.O Ms. No.313,Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 25th October 2017 under the 7th Pay Commission.

The instant Writ Petition has been filed against the impugned recovery order dated 09.08.2019, passed by the first respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents, on instructions from the first respondent, would submit that the Government has issued G.O. (2D) No. 203, Agriculture - Farmers Welfare (VN 4(1)) Department, dated 19.12.2022, which writes off the recovery of a sum of Rs. 25,117/- against the petitioner. In pursuance thereof, the petitioner himself has given a letter to the first respondent on 07.08.2023, stating that his request has been complied with. 2/4
3. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called today.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, and placing on record the G.O. (2D) No. 203, Agriculture - Farmers Welfare (VN 4(1)) Department, dated 19.12.2022, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
