These petitions are filed by the petitioner / appellant seeking to accept the cause title in the above tax case appeals.

2.Heard Mr.N.V.Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/ appellant.

3.Mr. Karthik Ranganathan, learned senior standing counsel taking notice for the respondent/Revenue, has no objection for ordering these petitions, with a rider that such amendment shall not lead any improper claim by the petitioner/ appellant in the event of taxes being levied.

4. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant has agreed upon the aforesaid submission made by the respondent's counsel.
