JAYACHANDRAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.3519 of 2022 IN CRL OP.2008 of 2022 BALAJI NIVEDAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs THE STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE, ALL WOMEN POLICE STATION, PULIAKULAM, COIMBATORE Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in respect of the condition that para No.6(b) the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in the order dated 31.01.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.2008 of 2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.RAJMAKESH, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.2008 of 2022 dated 31.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the prosecution not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
