ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition (iv) that the petitioner/accused shall stay in Namakkal Town and shall not leave Namakkal Town, until further orders imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode imposed in order dated 16.02.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.608 of 2024.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode in Crl.M.P.No.608 dated 16.02.2024 while granting bail to the petitioner directing him to stay in Namakkal Town is modified. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.Since the modification application in Crl.O.P.No.4998 of 2024 is ordered, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police. No 2/4

orders are required in this application.
