[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging noncompliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.3264 of 2014 dated 04.02.2014, wherein this Court directed the respondents to count 50% of the parttime service rendered by the petitioner between 04.11.1978 and 04.10.1996 on consolidated pay along with regular service from 05.10.1996 to 30.04.2012 for the purpose of pensionary benefits and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents submits that the order of this Court, which is in contempt, has been complied with. 2/3

Since the order of this Court, which is in contempt, has been complied with, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
