O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner who is seeking for issue of patta.

The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the third respondent has already started the process of enquiry and a notice has been issued to the petitioner on 04.03.2020 directing the petitioner to be present for enquiry on 07.03.2020 along with all the documents.

In view of the above development, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to complete the enquiry and pass orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
