By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2020 and issue patta in his name.

3. Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondents has produced a copy of the notice dated 05.03.2020 and the same was also communicated to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to participate in the enquiry to be conducted by the 2nd respondent on 11.03.2020 at 3.00 p.m. and produce all documents in support of his claim. After considering the petitioner's representation and the documents, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date on which the enquiry is concluded.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
