This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.08 of 2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed, the final report is also ready and it is yet to be filed before the Court concerned.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition with a liberty to challenge the final report and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the above submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
