This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 or their men, agents from interfering with the peaceful conduct of business i.e., cross massage in the name and style of "M/s IILLY AYURVEDIC CLINIC/ MASSAGE SPA on the consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2023 and 12.01.2024.

2. Heard Dr.G.Babu, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondents to deal with the representations made by the petitioner dated 13.10.2023 and 12.01.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law and in line with the relevant Government Order/circulars and a decision shall be taken within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
