This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.952 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent, for the offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 351 (2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the same was closed as "Mistake of Fact".

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
