This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members without due process of law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is being harassed on the basis of the complaint given by the 4th respondent. Therefore, this petition is filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, on the basis of the complaint, Current Paper enquiry was conducted in C.No.65 of 2022 and the same was closed for the reason that the issue involved between the parties is civil in nature and both the parties appeared and represented that they would resolve the dispute between themselves. He further submitted that, as on date, no FIR is pending as against the petitioner.

4. In the light of the submission made by the learned Government 2/4

Advocate (Crl. Side) that no petition enquiry or FIR is pending against the petitioner, it is not necessary to pass orders in this petition.
