This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondent to revalue the petitioner's answers sheet of paper I of Tamilnadu Teachers Eligibility Test 2012 in Roll No.12 TE 122 50575 by granting marks for the actually right answers for the questions pointed out in the representation dated 04.11.2012 and further to appoint him as Secondary Grade Teacher on declaring that the petitioner has passed TNTET 2012.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
