Petition under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience and non compliance of the order dated 15.09.2017 passed in W.P.No.24727 of 2017. ORDER

This contempt petition is filed for the non-compliance of the order made in W.P.No.24727 of 2017, dated 15.09.2017 .

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this court passed in the writ petition by transferring the patta in the name of the petitioner.

3. The petitioner, who is appearing in person, also admitted that the respondent had complied with the directions of this Court.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader and the petitioner, I do not find any reason to keep the contempt petition pending.
