Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents 3 & 4 from conducting the enquiry proceedings in Ref.No.PAD:DISC:447/15 against the petitioner still the pending disposal of the enquiry on her complaint dated 26.12.2016 and further direct the respondents 1 & 2 to take proper action on petitioner's complaint by conducting comprehensive enquiry. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents 3 & 4 from conducting the enquiry proceedings in Ref.No.PAD:DISC:447/15 against the petitioner till the disposal of the enquiry on her complaint dated 26.12.2016 and further direct the respondents 1 & 2 to take proper action on petitioner's complaint by conducting comprehensive enquiry.

2.The petitioner was issued a charge memo on 29.08.2016, for which she has given explanation. The Disciplinary Authority subsequently, proceeded to conduct enquiry against her without taking any action on the complaint dated 26.12.2016 given by her. 3.This Court at this stage cannot interfere with the conduct of the enquiry proceedings, for the reason that the petitioner, after receipt of the charge memo dated 29.08.2016, has submitted her explanation. She has to wait till the conclusion of the enquiry Authority to pass final order.

4.With the above observation, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
