This Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, seeking to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P. No. 28452 of 2015, dated 05.10.2015. For Petitioner : Mr.K.Sannjay For Respondent Nos.1 & 2 : Mr.P.H.Aravindpandian, Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mr.R.M.Muthukumar, Govt. Advocate For Respondent No. 3 : Mr.K.Soundarajan.
