This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 10.12.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for nullfying the document No.2741/2015 dated 16.03.2015 and document No.3214/2015 dated 25.03.2015 registered on the file of the third respondent.

2. Heard Ms.J.Sujatha, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. In the considered view of this Court, the present writ petition is totally misconceived. It is the specific case of the petitioner that he had executed the document in favour of the fourth respondent as a result of which disciplinary proceedings came to be initiated against the petitioner. Now, in order to escape from the consequences, the petitioner wanted those documents, which were registered on the file of the third 2/4

respondent, to be nullified. There is no such power available to the registering authority and this Court cannot exercise its jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in a case of this nature where there is already a personal dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. In view of the same, the petitioner has to necessarily work out his remedy before the competent Court in the manner known to law. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
