This Contempt Petition is filed praying to punish the Respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 11.03.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6243 of 2021.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents submitted that, the order under contempt has been complied with and she produced a copy of the proceedings vide Na.K.aNo.456/A1/2021, dated 13.04.2022 issued by the Respondent, to that effect.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.

This Court makes it clear that, the Respondent shall forward a copy of the proceedings in compliance of the order under contempt, to the Petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
