Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous for the reason that the suit in O.S.No.69 of 2013 itself was dismissed for default by the Trial Court and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the Civil Revision Petition. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the same, the above Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
