The learned Government Advocate submits that the order dated 29.04.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.12482 of 2015 has been complied with. He has also produced an order dated 09.02.2016 passed by the respondent in this regard and the same is taken on file.

2.On the other hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court has not been fully complied with and hence, seeks liberty to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ challenge the said order dated 09.02.2016 passed by the

respondent.
