Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., pleased to direct the second respondent Police to issue Non Traceable Certificate with regard to the Original Title Deed vide Document No.4612 of 2012 dated 12.10.2012 registered in the Office of the Sub Registrar, Avalpoondurai, Erode District in pursuant to the complaint given to the respondent on 20.01.2022 and paper publication dated 08.02.2022 in the news paper Malai Malar, Erode Edition.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to issue a Non-Traceable Certificate by considering the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.01.2022.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that as per the guidelines issued by the Director General of Police regarding issuance of Non traceable Certificate in respect of Missing Original Land Documents, the petitioner has to furnish all the particulars whereas, he has not furnished those particulars.
3. In such view of the mater, the petitioner is directed to approach the respondent police and give all the particulars as required under the circular issued by the Director General of Police in RC.No.2029209/Gen 1(1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022. On receipt of such particulars, the respondent police shall consider the same and pass orders on merits.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
