ORDER

This Court, by order dated 22.12.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.30393 of 2015, directed the respondent Police to investigate the case in Crime No.110 of 2014 pending on his file and to file a final report as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 22.12.2015 passed by this Court. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the order dated 22.12.2015 passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent.
