PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondents particularly that of the 1st respondent in R.C.No.26090 of 2015 (B3) dated 18.4.2016, quash the same as illegal and unlawful besides without jurisdiction and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to issue proper patta to the correct name i.e. Balachandran, S/O Narayanasamy within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
