ORDER

This Court, by order dated 12.01.2026 in Crl.O.P. No. 609 of 2026, while directing the learned Special Judge for SC &ST (PoA) Act, District and Sessions Court, Villupuram, to consider the petitioners' bail application(s) on the same day of their surrender, in connection with Crime No. 2 of 2026 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police, had granted 15 days time to the petitioners, from the date of receipt of a copy of that order, to surrender before the jurisdictional Court. Since the petitioners could not surrender before the Court concerned within the time granted by this Court, this criminal miscellaneous petition is filed seeking extension of time. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

Time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the jurisdictional Court by order dated 12.01.2026 in Crl.O.P. No. 609 of 2026 is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
