The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had died during the pendency of the writ petition and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition to prosecute the same by his legal heirs and has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
