This writ petition has been filed seeking for the relief of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant registration/license to the petitioner to run the aqua farm in the subject property by considering the application submitted by her on 09.12.2013.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the application that was submitted for registration of the aqua farm was taken into consideration by the 2nd respondent and already the file has been processed and placed before the 1st respondent. 3.In view of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and accordingly this writ petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
