2.

The Petitioner is pursuing B.Pharm., Course for the academic years 2017-2021 in Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Para Medical Sciences, Coimbatore, for which he had made an application for educational loan to the Respondents. As the same had not been sanctioned, this Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Second Respondent to process the loan application and disburse the loan amount.
