This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- into the credit of Crime No. 262 of 2022 before the concerned Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready in the above Crl.O.P.No.2517 of 2023 dated 07.02.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she is a telecaller in the prime accused company and she is nothing to do with the alleged offence. He would submit that she is a monthly salaried person and she do not have financial capacity to deposit the amount as directed by this court. Hence, the present petition has been filed to modify the condition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the petition seems to 1/3

be justifiable, this Court is inclined to modify the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) into the credit of Crime No.262 of 2022 before the concerned Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 2517 of 2023 vide order dated 07.02.2023 shall remain unalterted.
