ORDER
This writ petition is filed to direct the first respondent to refund the stamp duty fees relating to the pending Document No. P/Paramathy/1/2019, amounting to Rs.75,500/- paid in the form of stamp papers, along with an additional stamp duty fee of Rs.1,310/- paid through online, based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.12.2024.
2. When the matter came up for admission, the learned Government Advocate taking notice on behalf of the respondents would submit that the second respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.12.2024 in the light of the earlier order passed in W.P.No. 3480 of 2025 dated 10.02.2025.
3. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.12.2024 in the light of the earlier order passed in W.P.No. 3480 of 2025 dated 10.02.2025 and pass appropriate orders. The said exercise shall be 2/4
completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of the website uploaded copy of this order without waiting for the certified copy of the order. No costs.
