ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to hear and conclude the appeal filed by the respondent in Crl.A.No.103 of 2025 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu within a time frame.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the case is posted before the trial Court on 17.03.2026 for arguments and on that day the prosecution side would be argued without delay. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner also ready for arguments. 4.In view of the same, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu is directed to hear the arguments on 17.03.2026 and any other day thereafter and to conclude the appeal within a stipulated period without any further delay.

5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
