Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of mandamus restraining the respondents from removing /felling/disposing the standing trees in SH-09 from 3 KM - 41KM stretch of Cuddalore-Madapattu SH-09 project without auctioning the said trees and following the procedure as per the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998.
