The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 03.03.2022 and investigate the same.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 03.03.2022, a case has been registered in Crime No.7 of 2022 for offences under Sections 417, 419, 418, 465, 471 of IPC by the District Crime Bureau, Tiruvallur.
