for the first respondent-University has produced a a copy of the letter in Lr.No.Affln.I(3)/11426/2011 dated 19.12.2017, addressed to the Special Commissioner, Directorate of Indian Medicine & Homeopathy, Chennai, the relevant portion of the same is reproduced hereunder:- "In view of the above stated position, I am to request you to include the S.V.S.College of Homeopathy and Research Institute, Kallakurichi, Villupuram District in the seat matrix for the academic year 2017-2018, 50 seats non-minority subject to fulfilment of order dated 14.12.2017 passed in W.A.No.1412 of 2017 and without prejudice to the S.L.P. to be filed by the University before the Honourable Supreme Court of India. The said seat matrix would be subject to the result of the Special Leave Petition."
