ORDER

The petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear on every Tuesday at 10.00 a.m before the Learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, (Fast Track Court), Erode by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17535 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.628 of 2025 dated 24.09.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is unable to comply with the said condition and prays that he may be directed to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.00 a.m.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent, who submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the request, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.6 (iv) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17535 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.628 of 2025 dated 24.09.2025, to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.00 a.m.

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. 24-02-2026 ANU To The State Rep By, The Inspector of Police Erode All Women Police Station, Erode District.
