ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non-compliance of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1854 of 2015 on 04.03.2015.
2. Today, Mr.J.Manimaran, Inspector of Police, Manavala Nagar Police Station, Thiruvallur District, is present before this Court.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the order dated 04.03.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1854 of 2015 has been complied with and the respondent police registered a case, on the complaint dated 12.08.2014 given by the petitioner, in crime No.269 of 2016 on 04.07.2016 for offences under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467 & 468 IPC and a copy of the FIR has also been produced.
Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the contempt petition is closed.
