Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent Na.Ka.No.4219/2009/R.V.1 dated 14.11.2009 and quash the same, consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service as a Salesman in TASMAC Shop at Coimbatore Division with continuity of service, back wages and all other attendant benefits. The petitioner challenges the order of suspension dated 14.11.2009 issued by the respondent. According to the petitioner, the respondent has not initiated any proceedings so far pursuant to the suspension order dated 14.11.2009.
2. The learned Standing Counsel on instructions submitted that the respondent would conclude the proceedings within a period of three months.
3. The respondent is directed to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
