The petitioner is seeking for transfer of investigation which is now pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Tirunelveli. The petitioner has to necessarily file petition only before the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court and seek for the transfer.

2.In view of the above, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition before the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court and seek for the relief. 3.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
