ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that the order of this Court dated 09.06.2008 passed in WP.No.12304 of 2008 has been disobeyed by the respondent.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent submitted that the order of this court has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent - Deputy Registrar (Housing), Cuddalore in

R.C.No.5263/2004/ARC dated 10.08.2016, wherein it has been stated that the appeal preferred by the petitioner was rejected. The same is agreed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
