This Second Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 13.02.2012 made in A.S.No.86 of 2011 on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, reversing the judgment and decree dated 07.01.2011 made in O.S.No.157 of 2009 on the file of the learned III Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore.
