Respondents in both W.Ps COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the proceeding of the second respondent in Na.Ka.73055/2004/A4 dated 05.03.2012 and 26.09.2012 and grant pensionary benefits by including the regularisation of the service from the 1/4
date of initial appointment with monetary benefits including interest within reasonable time.
