The learned Government Advocate submits that the order dated 01.07.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19136 of 2015 has been complied with and she has produced a copy of the proceedings dated 15.03.2016 of the respondent in this regard.

2.On the other hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court has not been fully complied with and hence, seeks liberty to challenge the said proceedings dated 15.03.2016 of the respondent.
