This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 270 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A against the decree and judgment dated 14.12.2021 made in M.C.O.P.No.489 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court No.2, Salem. 2.Mr.M.A.P.Thangavel, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent and submitted that he has no serious objections in allowing the above application.

3.Heard both sides.

4. In spite of notice being served on the 2nd respondent, he had neither chosen to appear in person nor through his counsel before this Court. It is seen that the 2nd respondent is the son of 1st respondent. 5.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also the fact that the 1st respondent has no serious objections in allowing the present petition, and being satisfied with https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

gba the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for.

6.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
