CMP.No.17527 of 2016 has been filed to condone the delay of 210 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant viz., Vellingiri in S.A.No.732 of 2013; CMP.No.17528 of 2016 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant in the above second appeal; CMP.No.17529 of 2016 has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 5 to 9 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased first appellant and rank them as appellants 5 to 9 in the above second appeal. 2.The factum of the death of the first appellant and the proposed parties viz., petitioners 5 to 9 herein are the legal representative of the deceased, are not in dispute.
