ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the case in Tr.O.P.No.21 of 2010 dated 07.08.2013 on the file of the District Court, Tiruvarur and set aside the same and transfer the RCOP No.2 of 2006 on the file of the District Munsif Court (Rent Controller), Thiruthuraipoondi to Sub Court, Mannargudi, to try along with the case in O.S.No.68 of 2009.

2. When the matter was listed on 23.01.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 25.01.2023 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 25.01.2023, no one was appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
