O R D E R

This Court vide order dated 12.06.2015 in W.P.No.16636 of 2015 directed the first respondent herein to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2015 relating to interest for the belated payment of terminal benefits in the light of the judgments referred to therein. The same was considered by the respondents and the first respondent herein passed an order dated 09.10.2015 which is enclosed at page no.31 of the typed set of papers. 2.Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the aforesaid order dated 09.10.2015 is erroneous and the petitioner is entitled to interest and the petitioner cannot be blamed for the belated submission of the proposal by the College.

3.In my view, the respondents are not committed contempt of order passed by this Court, since an order was passed pursuant to the order of this Court. I am not going into the merits of the order dated 09.10.2015 passed by the first respondent.

4.Therefore, the contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum

questioning the order dated 09.10.2015 passed by the first respondent.
