The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chidambaram, to dispose of C.C.No.65 of 2015, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner / A-1 is only appearing before the trial Court regularly.

3. The above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chidambaram is directed to split up the case in C.C.No.65 of 2015 and conduct the trial and dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
