When the matter is taken up for hearing today, none appeared for the petitioner.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed for quashing the summons issued by the first respondent in file No.T3/TN-3/2014/SSW-1, dated 13.08.2015, requiring the petitioner to appear before the first respondent on 23.09.2015.

3. As the prayer itself has become infructuous, this Writ Petition is dismissed, for having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
