This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a charge sheet in Crime No.730 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
3. Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court cannot issue any direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner.
Hence, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be.
