The Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the parties have settled the dispute among themselves and therefore the same is recorded and second appeal has been dismissed.

2. The Learned Counsel for the respondent states that he has no instructions from his client. Despite the said submission of the Learned Counsel for the respondent, in view of the appellant expressed their willingness to have the Second Appeal closed, I am inclined to record the representation of the Learned Counsel for the appellant.

3. In fine, this Second Appeal is dismissed as settled out of Court. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
